Changes to IR35 (Off-Payroll) rules

As has been widely publicised, from 6th April 2020, HMRC have slightly altered the way that they treat IR35 and have expanded the scope with which they will fully implement the rules. Although IR35 has been around for years, it has only been the last three or four where HMRC have actively pursued taxes via the off-payroll working rules.
