Companies House Identity Verification

Under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, Companies House will be requiring all company directors and people of significant control to verify their identities to prove who they are. This will become mandatory as of “Autumn 2025” and will be required for all companies going forward.
Emails are currently being sent to the registered email address(es) for companies, informing them of this requirement.
