Using Hubdoc via Mobile App

1. If you are using Hubdoc already, please skip to Step 3. If you have asked us to assist with the setup, you should have received an email from Hubdoc sent by us to activate your account. Click this link and complete the form to set up your account
2. Download and open the hubdoc app from your app store.
3. Sign Into Hubdoc either with a Hubdoc account (Set Up In Step 1) or your Xero account if you have access to it.
4. Select your Company Name in the list.
5. Press the camera Icon in the Right hand side of the screen.
6. Take the picture (make sure all four corners are visible and NET, VAT and Gross can be read clearly)
7. It will ask you whether you want to retake or use. Select the appropriate option (either repeat steps 5 and 6) or if you select use the document will have been saved
8. If you need to delete a picture press the black arrow at the end of the file and select delete.

The documents will then be ready for processing within your Hubdoc account.
